In 1981, Hong Kong SISLAN Company came to Nanyang, Henan Province in the form of material processing. In 1985, with the spring breeze of reform and opening up, SISLAN (Nanyang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SISLAN Pharmaceutical") was born. It is the first Hong Kong-funded enterprise in Henan Province and the first three-capital enterprise in Nanyang City. In the past 40 years, SISLAN Pharmaceutical has made great progress in self-improvement. It has developed from a small company with assets of more than 2million yuan and a production line to a modern enterprise with assets of more than 100 million yuan.
SISLAN Pharmaceutical mainly produces and deals in medicines, health foods, cosmetics, and disinfection products. It focuses on the development of body-purifying products, innovative Chinese medicine products and cosmetic products. It has tablets, solutions, sprays, ointments, and powders., Capsule and other production capacity. The fist product Xizlanxialu uotropine solution was successfully developed in 1979 and successfully listed in 1985, creating a precedent for domestic pure taste drugs. It has been on the market for nearly 40 years with numerous reputations, and the market share of similar products is far ahead.
SISLAN Pharmaceutical has always adhered to science and technology as the basis, market-oriented, and talent as the foundation, so that the technological content of products has been continuously improved, and the prospects for new product development have become broader. On February 16, 2016, SISLAN Pharmaceutical was successfully restructured into a joint-stock company. On October 11, SISLAN's shares were listed in the small and medium-sized enterprise share transfer system, with the stock code of 839216 and 2021 being upgraded to the innovation level. In recent years, SISLAN Pharmaceutical has attached importance to innovation and increased R & D investment, built a first-class innovative R & D center, and launched a series of competitive new products. SISLAN R & D Center has also been awarded many titles such as "Nanyang Functional Skin Care Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Henan Functional Chinese Herbal Medicine Skin Care Engineering Technology Research Center. In 2021 and 2018, the company passed the recognition of "high-tech enterprises" in Henan Province twice in a row. In 2020, SISLAN Pharmaceutical, which pursues innovation and development, has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Zhengzhou-"Zhengzhou SISLAN Cosmetics Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the research and development, sales and technical services of SISLAN series of cosmetics. In August 2022, SISLAN (Zhuhai) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. was established, mainly engaged in the research and development and import and export trade of drugs, especially traditional Chinese medicine preparations and large health products. In 2023, SISLAN Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Lanxin (Henan) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., in Guanzhuang Industrial District of Nanyang City, and plans to invest 3-0.5 billion yuan to build a new factory area. It mainly carries out the modern production of raw materials, solid preparations, liquid preparations and traditional Chinese medicine, which will greatly enhance the production capacity and comprehensive competitiveness of the group company. In 2024, in order to expand the company's overseas business, establish an overseas market contact center, further enhance the company's market competitiveness and cultivate new profit growth points, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary O'lan Company Limited in Macau.
