On March 28, all employees of SISLAN Company participated in the meetingSpecial Operation Safety Code for Hazardous Chemical Enterprises by Deputy General Manager Zhang Mingxin(GB 30871-2022) Training. This national standard has been implemented since October 1, 2022, and aims to regulate the safety requirements of hazardous chemical companies when conducting special operations.
Zhang Mingxin said that our company will also involve special operations in the process of production and operation, and carrying out special operations and operations in confined spaces is one of the reasons for frequent accidents. According to statistics, about 40% of the chemical production accidents are related to special operations.
In order to improve the staff of all departments of the company to master the special operation safety standards of hazardous chemical enterprises, improve safety awareness, unify the safety behavior mode and understand the national safety standards, this safety specification training is specially held. Employees watch and learn warning films on temporary electricity use, hot work and dangerous goods accidents together. The training content covers the specific safety requirements and management measures of these special operations to ensure that employees can comply with the corresponding safety regulations when performing these operations, thereby reducing the risk of accidents.
Zhang Mingxin finally stressed that production safety should adhere to the four basic principles,Everyone talks about safety, everything is safe, always wants to be safe, and everywhere needs to be safe.
