Cinnamon (Latin name: Cinnamomum verum), also known as Ceylon cinnamon, belongs to the genus Cinnamomum, which originally grew in Madagascar, parts of Southeast Asia, Jamaica and parts of Africa. The essential oil is obtained from the bark of the cinnamon tree by steam distillation, and its main chemical composition is trans-cinnamaldehyde (trans-Cinnamaldehyde,69.39%).
The warm properties of cinnamon essential oil can help ward off wind chills. In winter, it is recommended to use it regularly for the elderly to enhance resistance and prevent seasonal infections.
Cinnamon has a long history and interesting background. In fact, many consider it one of the longest-lived spices in human history.
Cinnamon was highly valued by the ancient Egyptians and has been used by Chinese medicine practitioners in Asia and by Ayurvedic physicians in India for thousands of years to help treat everything from depression to weight gain. Cinnamon has helped people for centuries, whether in the form of extracts, wine, tea or herbs.

Daily use of cinnamon essential oil
Warming up in winter: Before soaking your feet, mix 10 drops of coconut oil and 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil on the soles of your feet and rub them hot.
Enhance the flavor of coffee: Add 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil to the coffee, which is sweet and does not stimulate the mouth.
DIY lip enhancement oil: 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil and a tablespoon of coconut oil (about 300 drops) are mixed into a rolling bead bottle and smeared in time. Using the warm, hot properties of cinnamon to promote cramped blood circulation, in a natural way to help the lips fullness.
Gargle sterilization/oral care: drop 1 drop of essential oil into half a cup of warm water, gargle head up and spit out, repeated many times.
Conditioning kidney function: 10 drops of coconut oil and 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil are mixed, then smeared on the lower waist and kidney areas, and rubbed up and down (applicable to both men and women, male conditioning kidney function, female conditioning palace cold).
