Underarm sweating has a smell. This situation is suspected to be smelly sweating, which is mainly caused by the increase of sweat secreted by eccrine glands and the decomposition of skin surface substances by epidermal bacteria. It may also be caused by a variety of unsaturated fatty acids produced by the secretion of eccrine sweat glands and various bacteria. This is related to hormone levels. At ordinary times, attention should be paid to keeping the local clean and dry, eating less spicy and stimulating food. Generally, drugs with astringent drying and sterilization are used for treatment. Commonly used drugs such as Xishlan Xialu (hulotropine solution) have astringent drying and antiperspirant sterilization effect with small side effects. It is recommended to stick to use it.
