Axillary osmidrosis is due to excessive secretion of apocrine glands in the armpit, which is decomposed by bacteria to form an unpleasant smell. Oil ear is caused by the development of cerumen glands. The structure of cerumen glands and large sweat glands is similar. There are symptoms of oil ear, which indicates that sebaceous glands or large sweat glands are relatively developed. Even so, underarm odor can be treated. Generally, large sweat glands can be removed surgically in adults, but oil ear cannot be cured. If it is a minor, the general can be external use of Sizchlan Xialu (Urotropine solution) convergence antiperspirant, relieve symptoms.
