Henan: Cancellation of 44 "Sanitary Permits for Production Enterprises of Disinfection Products" and 119 "Hygienic Permits for Domestic Products Involving Drinking Water Sanitation and Safety in Henan Province"

Recently, the Henan Provincial Health Commission issued an announcement to cancel the "Sanitary Permits for Disinfection Product Manufacturers" of 44 units, and 119 "Sanitary Permits for Domestic Drinking Water Sanitation and Safety Products in Henan Province" to be canceled.
The reasons for the cancellation of the "Sanitary License for Disinfection Product Manufacturers" of 44 units are: 6 disinfection product manufacturers including Henan Chaoya Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. applied for cancellation, and 38 units including Henan Guanke Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. held No renewal application was filed after the expiration of the "Sanitary License for Disinfection Product Manufacturers, according to Article 70 of the" the People's Republic of China Administrative License Law "and the relevant provisions of the" Sanitary License Regulations for Disinfection Product Manufacturers ", it shall be canceled.
At the same time, in view of the fact that Henan Jinrun Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises held the "Henan Province Domestic Drinking Water Sanitation and Safety Product Sanitation License Approval" and did not apply for renewal after the expiration of the validity period, according to Article 70 of the the People's Republic of China Administrative Licensing Law and The relevant provisions of the "Provincial Administrative Licensing Regulations on Drinking Water Sanitation and Safety Products, the Provincial Health and Health Commission canceled 119" Approval of Hygienic Permits for Products Involving Drinking Water Sanitation and Safety in Henan Province.
In addition, in view of the fact that the validity period of the Qualification Certificate of Radiological Health Technical Service Institutions held by the Hebi Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Wuyang County Center for Disease Control and Prevention has not been renewed, according to Article 70 of the the People's Republic of China Administrative Licensing Law and the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Radiological Health Technical Service Institutions (No. 25 [2012] of the Health Supervision Department), the provincial health and health Committee canceled the qualification certificate of radiation health technical service organization issued by Hebi disease prevention and control center (license number: yuFang weiji zi (2017) No. 01) and the qualification certificate of radiation health technical service organization issued by Wuyang disease prevention and control center (license number: yuFang weiji zi (2013) No. 015).
