Wolong District, Nanyang City, Henan Province: One 4000 Yuan Scholarship for 13 Poor Students to Realize Dreams of University

On August 26, 2020, the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Wolong District, Nanyang City, Henan Province held a love donation golden autumn student aid activity in SISLAN (Nanyang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and issued 4000 yuan grants to 13 funded college students from rural Wolong District, totaling 52000 yuan.
This donation activity was coordinated and organized by the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and donated in the name of Mr. Liu Chongqing, the founder of SISLAN (Nanyang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu Chongqing paid attention to education all his life and had deep feelings for Nanyang. Before his death, he specially entrusted his successor, Mr. Zheng Hong, to fulfill his wish of "doing a duty and offering a love for students with difficulties in fighting hard. It is hoped that the children will remember the path of life, the harder they work, the luckier they will be.
SISLAN (Nanyang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 and is the earliest Hong Kong joint venture in Nanyang. The company has been enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, adhere to the support of the army, disaster relief and aid public welfare activities. In the face of this new coronary pneumonia epidemic, the company is to show great love and responsibility, many times for the prevention and control of the epidemic in Nanyang City donations.

After the event, Lu Zhirong, vice chairman of the CPPCC and chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, said that participating in public welfare education activities is a measure taken by the District Federation of Industry and Commerce to lead private enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
