He came to Nanyang, Henan and became the CEO of SISLAN Pharmaceutical, a Hong Kong company with a market value of hundreds of millions. I am from Hong Kong and came to Nanyang in 2018. At that time, my father-in-law and mother-in-law were also older, so I came to support their work. In Hong Kong, I also gave up my own career and came to Nanyang, hoping to help SISLAN's career to a higher level.
Life is like this, ever-changing, full of challenges, full of different routes. Different things will happen at different stages. If I come to work in Nanyang and give up my career in Hong Kong, it shows that I have very, very confidence in this company, this brand, the people, and officials. I will do this.
I don't know anything about running a business. I don't have any business experience. I'm a "little white" in running a company ". Ask colleagues and study hard. They gave me a lot of encouragement and always told me, "Give you some time and take your time. I'm doing well now.
Henan has a population of more than 0.1 billion. It is a province with a large population. The people are very simple, sincere to people, and very caring for friends. For example, in our company, most of our employees are locals, and more than 90% of them have more than 20 years of service. This shows that they have great feelings for the company and their loyalty is very high.
When I first came here, in fact, I didn't know much about many things and many cultures. They gave a lot of guidance to make our work smoother and smoother.
At first it was a bit unaccustomed, because the taste in the north was probably a bit heavier, and the staple food was noodles, our southern staple was rice, and what we ate was a bit lighter, and what was the biggest contrast? I found that every Henan person was very eatable, and they thought I saw that the bowl of noodles they ate was very big, but the noodles we ate in Hong Kong were small, and the contrast was very big. And they were able to eat it all, very satisfied. Maybe it's cold in this place. Sometimes I eat more mutton, more soup and more noodles. Now I can finish a big bowl of noodles. I see my stomach is getting bigger and bigger.

In the future, enterprises will develop more diversified, add new production lines, and provide more local jobs. The mainland Chinese medicine industry has a good development prospect. We are using Nanyang's rich Chinese medicine resources for product research and development to carry forward the cause created by our parents-in-law. The development environment in the Mainland is stable. I often use the opportunity of returning to Hong Kong to visit relatives to tell the younger generation of Hong Kong some of the development concepts and development situation in the Mainland, share interesting people and things in the Mainland with them, and be a good "messenger" for exchanges between the two places '.
