Washing feet with fried soup of winter melon skin can prevent beriberi to a certain extent.
Also, pay attention to mood and diet. The mood should be quiet, passionate and easy to induce sweating and aggravate foot odor; the diet should be light, and do not eat foods that are easy to cause sweating, such as chili, raw onions, raw garlic, etc.
